Nick Workman, founder and Managing Partner at Executive Search Leaders, has a 23-year accomplished career in retained executive search and is a recognised leader for the executive search and human capital consulting industries. Nick also advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating significant success across the US, Asia, and Australia. He was recently appointed by The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) as the first and only partner to advise AESC’s clients on their growth strategies. A qualified chef, he has lived in London, Hong Kong, Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne. He now lives in East Sussex, England, with his wife and three boys.
Grant Beveridge is a Partner at Executive Search Leaders and has a 23-year accomplished career in executive recruitment, retained search, and in-house talent acquisition across many business sectors. Since starting at Michael Page in 1998, he has held several senior positions throughout his career, before joining Nick Workman and Justine Gallen in 2012 at their previous company. Grant manages searches worldwide, which included building three teams in the US for a global top tier executive search firm and putting the leadership candidates into new offices for clients in Sydney, Singapore, and Shanghai. Originally from New Zealand, Grant was educated in Tokyo before settling in the UK. He currently lives in East Sussex, England, with his wife and two children.
Luke Schanche is a Partner at Executive Search Leaders and has a 22-year accomplished career in retained search, executive training, and human capital consulting. Luke spent over four years as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a Banking and Technology consultancy in London, before running his own business, advising firms on the attracting, onboarding, and developing of their senior hires and providing coaching at board level. Luke has delivered complex assignments worldwide, and joined Executive Search Leaders to help manage their growing and diverse client base. He currently lives in Kent, England, with his wife and daughter.
Carolyn Howitt is a Senior Researcher at Executive Search Leaders and has an 8-year accomplished career in retained executive search. Previously, at Trinity Scott, she helped retained executive search firms  attract researchers and associates across the UK and North America. She is also an accredited career coach and is passionate about her work with executives across many sectors, advising on career transitions and to maximising their career potential. She joined Executive Search Leaders to run global research assignments worldwide. She lives near Tonbridge, Kent, with her husband and two children.
Emer Rohan is Operations Director at Executive Search Leaders and has a 15-year accomplished career in executive recruitment. After studying marketing and languages, Emer spent five years recruiting in Dublin before moving to the UK and consulting for the Irish recruitment industry. She joined Executive Search Leaders to help analyse and improve organisational processes, manage the company’s GDPR, and support the Partners across the business to improve their productivity and processes. A keen writer, she is working on her second novel. Emer currently lives in Kent with her husband and three children.
Lara is Head of Leadership Advisory Services at Executive Search Leaders. Lara has been developing Leaders for 22 years via Global Leadership programmes and Executive Coaching for Fortune 500 corporations. Her practice focuses on empowering her clients to lead by creating strong mindsets and changing the way they think, mindset being key to sustainable leadership. Having lived and worked in Belgium, France, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Japan, Lara loves working in a multicultural environment. Lara volunteers in an Animal Sensory Farm commissioned specifically for the enrichment and personal development of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Lara lives in Kent with her husband and two children.
