NICK WORKMAN
MANAGING PARTNER

I have known Lara for just over a year now. She has a rare talent in getting to deeply know people in a short amount of time; and with an organic, warm, disarming disposition. There are development areas I have had most of my life she helped me uncover and tackle head on. I have lots of thanks and gratitude towards Lara. I’m fortunate to know her.

Managing Partner

Working with Lara has been an absolute pleasure and a pivotal part of my transition into a new career chapter. Lara brings structure and clarity to every session, setting clear objectives and reviewing progress against expectations, while maintaining a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Lara. Anyone fortunate enough to work with her should seize the opportunity without hesitation.

Chief Executive Officer

It has been a pleasure working with you over the past few years. Your efforts have significantly influenced our firm’s direction. Today, I met with our global team in Chicago and asked how many of them were recruited by you. Essentially, everyone in the room raised their hand.

I first started working with Nick Workman in early 2021. Over more than four years of collaboration, he proved invaluable in building our team to achieve our strategy. His talent access, collaborative approach, persistence, and insights contributed to our shared success in attracting over 30 team members across leadership solutions. Nick is a partner in the truest sense.

Nick is that perfect combination of engaging, professional, enthusiastic, curious and empowering. He was highly knowledgeable and supported me during the entire recruitment process. He is absolutely the epitome of what recruiters should strive to be.
