Free from off-limits constraints, I provide broader access to senior talent and clear, unbiased advice, supporting leadership teams through complex decisions on growth, succession, and transitions.

Every search is underpinned by disciplined market mapping, structured outreach, and clear communication.

I work closely with clients to maintain focus on candidates who genuinely meet the brief, ensuring momentum, transparency, and accountability throughout the process.

Assessment and Onboarding Embedded as Standard

To reduce risk at the senior level, I embed structured assessment into the search process, informing both selection and early integration.

Onboarding and integration support is included as standard, helping new leaders quickly establish credibility and turn strong appointments into lasting impact. While I lead all search work personally, onboarding programmes are delivered by Lara Langman in close collaboration with the new leader and their manager.
